GM Opens First Exclusive Cadillac Dealership in Canada

London, Ontario (June 12, 2003) - General Motors of Canada announced today
the official opening of Canada's first exclusive Cadillac dealership --
Cadillac Hummer of London.

Marc Comeau, GM of Canada's vice president of sales, service and marketing,
said, "GM has more models and more dealers than any other auto manufacturer
in the country, and our quality and service is world-class. With the number
of new Cadillac models coming to market this year, including the SRX, XLR
and CTS-V, the opening of an exclusive Cadillac dealership enhances the
experience of buyers in the London area."

Cadillac is in the process of revamping its entire line-up of luxury cars
and trucks. This renaissance began with the breakthrough Cadillac CTS
sports sedan and the rugged Escalade full-size sport-utility, and continues
later this year with the all-new XLR roadster, the all-new SRX mid-size
sport-utility, and the CTS-V , the ultimate Cadillac sports sedan.

Cadillac Hummer of London Inc., which is jointly operated by Ken McMaster
and Brian Finch, is a 15,000 square foot facility that features a luxury
showroom and service drive-thru. The dealership also utilizes a number of
distinct service processes, including wireless hand-held writing tablets.
Later this year, an exclusive Hummer facility will be opened.
